This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the owners of Gamenibus.com ("GAMENIBUS") for the demonstration (demo) software made by GAMENIBUS accompanying this EULA, which includes demo computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("DEMO"). By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the DEMO, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the DEMO.

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the owners of Gamenibus.com ("GAMENIBUS") for the demonstration (demo) software made by GAMENIBUS accompanying this EULA, which includes demo computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("DEMO"). By exercising your rights to make and use copies of the DEMO, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the DEMO.

The DEMO is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

You may freely distribute the the DEMO, provided you keep the DEMO in its original state.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the DEMO, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

You may not rent, lease, or lend the DEMO.

You may sell, license or otherwise distribute the application files contained within the DEMO on a stand-alone basis or as part of any collection, or as part of any product or service, only with written permission from GAMENIBUS.

Without prejudice to any other rights, GAMENIBUS may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.

All title and copyrights in and to the DEMO, and any copies of the DEMO are owned by GAMENIUBS. The DEMO is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You must treat the DEMO like any other copyrighted material.

NO WARRANTIES. GAMENIBUS expressly disclaims any warranty for the DEMO. The SOFTWARE and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the DEMO remains with you.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. In no event shall GAMENIBUS be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the DEMO, even if GAMENIBUS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

PARTIAL VALIDITY: If any of the above paragraphs is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the rest of this license agreement.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Hungary.
